Excellent staff and beautiful hotel. I would love to stay here again

The hotel is beautiful, has a wonderful view of the volcano and the lake. The pool an jacuzzi are very nice. The food in the restaurant was average. The problem was the room. We stayed at a master room with a balcony overlooking the lake, that part was nice, however, none of the rooms have AC, they gave us an extra fan, the safety box didn’t work, a maintenance guy had to come and fix it which took a while. The second day we didn’t have water anywhere in the bathroom but fortunately we got it back at the end of the day. And then we noticed there were ants in the room, including the bathroom. They were crawling on the night stands and the coffee table. We asked that they clean the room since they couldn’t change to another room. The hotel is impressive, has beautiful botanical gardens all around but there are rough almost camping conditions in the rooms, which I wouldn’t have minded when I was much younger

Es un hotel bonito, el personal muy amable, tiene habitaciones limpias pero los servicios son los más básicos, y si tiene problemas de bichos y mucho mosquito ojalá mejoren eso
